These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Grid City VR website and your bookings, purchases, and visits to our venue at 5700 W 89th Ave, Westminster, Colorado. By booking, buying, or entering Grid City VR (“Grid City,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing our website, making a booking, purchasing a gift card, or taking part in any experience at Grid City, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bookings & payment

A reservation is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation from us. When you book, you agree that:

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and may include applicable taxes and fees;
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including party size and contact information;
• Sessions begin at their scheduled time — late arrivals may result in shortened play time without a refund; and
• We may require a deposit or full prepayment for events, group bookings, and venue buyouts.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Unless stated otherwise for a specific booking or promotion:

• You may reschedule a standard reservation by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability;
• Group bookings, private events, and venue buyouts may carry separate deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms, which we will share at the time of booking; and
• No-shows and late cancellations may be non-refundable.

Conduct & VR safety

Virtual reality is active, immersive play. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, you agree to:

• Follow all staff instructions, posted rules, and safety briefings at all times;
• Use equipment only as directed and report any damage or discomfort immediately;
• Refrain from participating while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs; and
• Play responsibly — no aggressive, reckless, or disruptive behavior toward other guests, staff, or equipment.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a session, without refund, for unsafe or disruptive conduct. Minimum age and adult-supervision requirements apply to certain experiences and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Health & safety

Virtual reality and motion simulators can cause nausea, dizziness, eye strain, or disorientation, and — in rare cases — seizures, even in people with no prior history (photosensitive epilepsy). Do not participate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are pregnant, elderly, have a heart condition, a history of seizures or epilepsy, or another serious medical condition, consult a doctor before participating. Stop and tell staff immediately if you feel unwell or uncomfortable, and take breaks as needed.

Assumption of risk & release

Physical activity in virtual reality carries inherent risks, including disorientation, motion discomfort, collisions, and slips or falls. By participating, you voluntarily accept these risks for yourself and any minors in your party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Grid City, its owners, staff, and partners from liability for injuries or losses arising from ordinary use of our experiences, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. A separate signed waiver may be required before play.

Gift cards

Grid City gift cards are redeemable toward bookings and eligible purchases. Unless required by law:

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for their cash value;
• They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen; and
• Any remaining balance stays available for future visits in accordance with applicable Colorado law.

Photography & media

We may photograph or record experiences and events for promotional purposes. By visiting, you consent to being included in such media and to our use of it across our website, social channels, and marketing, without compensation. If you would prefer not to be featured, let a staff member know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Intellectual property

All content on our website and in our venue — including logos, text, graphics, layouts, and experience names — is owned by Grid City or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grid City and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the booking or product giving rise to that claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grid City, its owners, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your conduct at our venue, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown above. Your continued use of our website or services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
