A rough count when you book, the final number 7 days before — it sets food, drinks, staffing, and the play schedule. Big day-of additions are hard to absorb.
25% secures the date; the balance is due 72 hours before the party. Groups of 19 or more include a 20% service charge.

There’s no set party price — it depends on how many guests you bring, what you play, and how long you stay. Small crews can book sessions online at standard rates; for a hosted party with reserved space, send the inquiry form and we’ll quote it for your date.
