An estimate at booking, the final count 7 days out. It sets team splits, food, drinks, and staffing — changes inside 72 hours can’t be guaranteed.

A 25% deposit locks the date, with the balance due 72 hours before the event — larger events may be invoiced in full ahead of event day. Groups of 19 or more include a 20% service charge.
