FAQ

Booking

Reservations, changes, and group bookings.

How far in advance should I book?

Our booking calendar runs on a rolling 30-day window, so you can reserve any session up to 30 days out. Weekday sessions usually have day-of availability, but weekend Premium VR slots fill up fast — book ahead to lock in a Friday or Saturday night.

Can I change or cancel?

Yes — free changes up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours, cancellations forfeit 50% and no-shows forfeit 100%. You can reschedule any time from your confirmation email.

Are there group size limits?

Premium VR: 2–6 per session. VR Adventures: 2–6 per squad. Pro Sim Racing: 1 per cockpit, up to 4 at once. Bigger groups split across timeslots, or book a full Venue Buyout (up to 170).

Do you take walk-ins, or do I need a reservation?

Walk-ins are welcome, especially on weekdays, and we'll fit you into the next open slot. Weekends — especially Premium VR — book up fast, so we recommend reserving online to lock in your time. You can book any session up to 30 days out.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the experience and its length — live prices and availability appear when you book online (just tap Book Now). Group, party, and corporate packages are quoted to your headcount; reach out for a custom quote.

Do you host corporate events and team building?

Yes — corporate team building, offsites, meetings, and full or partial venue buyouts, with VR missions, racing tournaments, our self-serve tap house, and a dedicated coordinator. See our Corporate and Team Building pages, or contact us for a custom plan.

FAQ

Visit

Getting here, hours, and what's on tap.

Where are you located?

5700 W 89th Ave, Westminster, CO 80031 — in the Denver metro, off US-36.

What are your hours?

Summer hours: Monday by appointment; Tuesday–Thursday 10am–9pm; Friday and Saturday 10am–10pm; Sunday 10am–9pm.

Do you have a bar?

We have 12 self-serve taps — craft beer, wine, and cider, poured by the ounce. Tap a card and pour your own (21+ to drink; non-alcoholic options always available), plus curated bites from local partners like Sarpino's, Bonchon, Superfruit, and Red Lotus.

Is there parking?

Yes — free parking right at the venue, 5700 W 89th Ave in Westminster, with easy access off US-36 in the Denver metro.

What should I wear?

Come comfortable — closed-toe shoes and clothes you can move in are ideal for free-roam VR (dresses and skirts are fine too). We provide all the gear, and there are cubbies for bags and coats.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

The venue is wheelchair accessible. Some free-roam VR experiences involve walking the arena, but others — and the racing sims with assistance — work for a range of mobility needs. Tell us about any accessibility needs when you book and we'll recommend the best fit.

FAQ

Experiences

What you'll play and how long it takes.

What's Premium VR?

Authorized Zero Latency free-roam — no cables, no backpacks. You walk freely with 2–6 friends in a wireless headset, with lightweight wrist controllers when a game calls for them. It's the only Zero Latency venue in the Denver metro.

What's the difference between Premium VR and VR Adventures?

Premium VR is authorized Zero Latency free-roam: you walk wirelessly around a large arena with 2–6 players, fully body-tracked — action-forward and built for scale. VR Adventures are story-driven free-roam quests and virtual escape rooms for squads of 2–6 — co-op puzzles, themed worlds, family-friendly to intense. Both are walk-around VR; pick action (Premium VR) or story and teamwork (VR Adventures).

What are the racing simulators like?

Our Pro Racing Sims are 6-DOF motion cockpits with direct-drive wheels and load-cell pedals — the class of gear pro sim-racers train on. Four rigs sit side by side for head-to-head races. Choose a 30-minute Quick Race or a 60-minute Full Experience.

How long does a session take?

Premium VR: about 30–45 minutes in-game plus a short briefing. VR Adventures: around 60 minutes. Pro Sim Racing: Quick Race 30 minutes or Full Experience 60 minutes. Plan roughly 75–120 minutes for your whole visit.

Do you do birthdays and group events?

Absolutely — birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, date nights, watch parties, and corporate offsites, plus a full Venue Buyout (up to 170 guests). See our Private Events page for the formats.

Can people come watch without playing?

Absolutely — spectators are welcome. Free-roam VR and racing are a blast to watch on the big screens, and non-players can relax at the tap house and lounge. Only the people actually playing need a booking.

FAQ

Safety

Ages, comfort, and what to expect.

What's the minimum age?

Age minimums depend on the experience — family-friendly titles start at 8+, and the most intense ones are 13+. Each experience page lists its own rating. Under-18s need a parent or guardian's OK, and a guardian signs the waiver for minors.

Is VR safe if I get motion sick?

Premium VR is comfortable for most people because you physically walk where you go. VR Adventures are largely stationary and also low-nausea. Pro Sim Racing uses 6-DOF motion rigs, which can be intense — start with a shorter race if you're sensitive.

What about glasses?

Glasses fit fine under our headsets. We don't use liners — instead we sanitize every headset before and after each use.
