The Takeover runs on a hosted-bar budget or drink tickets, your call. Self-serve taps: beer, wine, cider, 21+ with valid ID, no exceptions. Canned N/A drinks always available.

A 25% deposit locks the date; for buyouts and events with special staffing, the full balance is typically due before event day. Groups of 19 or more include a 20% service charge. Net 30 invoicing on request.
Buyouts and premium dates usually carry one, shaped by date, staffing, and headcount. VR sessions, sim racing, food, and beverage packages all count toward it; any minimum is spelled out in writing with your quote.
Yes: caterers, entertainers, photographers, decorators, and planners with advance approval; proof of insurance may be requested. Vendors follow the venue's setup timeline and cleanup guidelines.
