A 25% deposit locks the date; for buyouts and events with special staffing, the full balance is typically due before event day. Your event is confirmed once the deposit is in and the agreement is approved.
Buyouts and premium dates usually carry one, shaped by date, staffing, and headcount. VR, sim racing, food, and beverage packages all count toward it — the exact figure comes in writing with your proposal.
Yes — caterers, entertainers, photographers, decorators, and planners with advance approval; proof of insurance may be required. They’ll get a setup timeline and cleanup guidelines from our team.
