Jumanji: The Lost Levels opens worldwide on Friday, December 4, 2026, and Grid City VR in Westminster, about 15 minutes north of downtown Denver, celebrates release day with a launch party starting at 12 PM (noon). The party is for the first 100 on our free Jumanji VR waitlist, and they can bring guests. It's Zero Latency's first fully hand-tracked game: no controllers, just your hands.
What happens at the Jumanji launch party?
- Welcome drinks and a DJ from 12 PM to kick things off.
- Release-day tiers cashed in: the first 100 redeem the tiers drawn the day before, then it's into the jungle.
- The arenas run from noon into the night with Jumanji: The Lost Levels in free-roam VR.
- A launch-party gift: buy a Grid City membership at the party and take home a branded gift.
What time does the Jumanji launch party start?
12 PM (noon) on Friday, December 4, 2026. Come a few minutes early to check in and sign the waiver before your first game.
Who can come to the launch party?
The first 100 people on the Jumanji VR waitlist and their guests. The list stays open after 100: later sign-ups go on standby and are first to hear when general booking opens.
How do I get on the list?
Tap Count Me In on this page or join on the Jumanji VR page. It's free, and no purchase is necessary to join or to be drawn. The first 100 each get a tier:
- 10 play free.
- 40 play at half price (50% off).
- 50 play at the founding price: 30% off, locked in for launch night.
We draw the tiers at random on December 3, so every name in the first 100 has the same odds. Everyone in the first 100 hears their tier that day and redeems it at the party on December 4.
What is Jumanji: The Lost Levels?
A multiplayer free-roam VR adventure from Zero Latency, built in collaboration with Sony Pictures and set in the Jumanji universe. Squads of 2 to 6 walk a real arena in wireless headsets for about 30 minutes, outrunning rhinos, dodging ostriches, climbing, swimming and staying one step ahead of the tigers. There's nothing to hold: the system tracks your real hands, so first-timers get into it fast. Read more in our Jumanji VR announcement.
Can kids come to the Jumanji VR launch party?
Yes. Jumanji: The Lost Levels is for ages 8 and up, and a parent or guardian signs the waiver for anyone under 18. The self-serve taps are 21+ with ID.
Is this the Jumanji movie premiere?
No. The launch party celebrates the VR game. The movie, Jumanji: Open World, opens in US theaters on December 25, 2026, three weeks later, and there's a theater a block from the venue. Our guide has ideas for a Jumanji month near Denver.
