A Rookie Grid Party runs about 90 minutes: two family-friendly VR missions, a reserved party table with the guest-of-honour seat, and a Grid Master who briefs the kids, runs the rotations and keeps the schedule moving. Parents watch free, or sit down with a drink and let it happen.
A Teen Takeover runs two hours and swaps in the intense free-roam mission plus a sim racing bracket across all four motion rigs, finishing with a podium photo. It is the format that works when the birthday kid has decided they are too old for a party.

All prices are before tax, and weekend slots price about 20% higher at checkout. A 10-kid Rookie party works out at $449 plus 2 extra kids at $52, so $553 plus tax.
Ages, and what is actually age-appropriate
Family-friendly VR missions start at age 8. The intense free-roam titles in our authorized Zero Latency arenas are rated 13 and up, which is why Teen Takeovers use them and Rookie parties do not. If your group straddles that line, say so when you book and the host builds the lineup around it.
Kids who are nervous about headsets, lights or new experiences are more common than parents expect, and it is not a problem. Tell us ahead and the host runs calmer titles, shorter sessions and breaks whenever they are needed. Every kid gets briefed before the headset goes on, and anyone can sit out at any point and rejoin later.
Food, cake and drinks
Cake is always welcome. Bring it in and we supply the plates, the candles and the cutter, and the party table is reserved for your group the whole time. Other outside food is not permitted, but you can order in from our vendors, Sarpino's Pizzeria and Salady, and the Rookie and Teen bundles can add pizza right at checkout.
Kids and teen parties run alcohol-free. Every guest gets a canned N/A drink, with extras available at the bar for the grown-ups who want them.
Booking, waivers and deposits
Under-18s need a parent-signed waiver, and it is handled online when you book, so arrival is a name check, gear up and play rather than a clipboard queue in the lobby. Bundles pay in full at checkout. Custom plans lock the date with a 25% deposit.
Cancel 14 or more days out for a refund or credit. Between 7 and 13 days out becomes a credit toward a new date. Inside 7 days the payment is forfeited.
Weekend daytime slots go first, usually 2 to 3 weeks ahead, and they go faster around school breaks and holidays. If you have a date in mind, get it on the calendar before you send the invitations.
