THE FINE PRINT

Mission Control, spelled out.

No mystery quotes and no surprises on the day. Here is exactly how the offsite prices and runs.

Worked example: a 2-hour offsite for 12 = $1,383 plus tax, hosted, about $115 per person. Four arenas run at once, so 24 is the most that plays together. From 25 guests it is a Takeover: half day from $4,450 for 25 then $65 a guest, full day from $10,900 for 25 then $95 a guest. December runs +25-30%.

Good to know

Corporate bookings, answered.

How payment, minimum spends, vendors, and headcounts work for offsites and company events.

Read the full FAQ

How does payment work for corporate events?

A 25% deposit secures the date, with the balance due 72 hours before the event. Larger events and Venue Buyouts may be invoiced in full ahead of event day. Groups of 19 or more include a 20% service charge, and quotes are final once confirmed in writing.

Is there a minimum spend?

Some dates, times, and spaces carry one, based on group size, staffing, and privacy level. VR sessions, sim racing, food, and beverage packages all count toward it; any minimum is spelled out in writing with your quote.

Can we bring outside vendors?

Caterers, entertainers, photographers, AV crews, and event planners are welcome with advance approval; we may ask for proof of insurance. Vendors follow the venue's setup timeline and cleanup guidelines.

When do you need the final headcount?

An estimate at booking and a final count 7 days out: it sets food, drinks, staffing, and the session schedule. Changes inside 72 hours can't be guaranteed, so lock details early.

What does our contracted time include?

Setup, arrival, food service, experiences, and wrap-up all run inside your reserved window. Early access or extensions are possible with advance notice, subject to availability.

Why run a corporate event at a VR venue?

Shared missions beat small talk. Premium VR co-op and sim-racing tournaments get mixed teams playing together fast, no gaming experience needed, and the self-serve tap house handles the wind-down. It works for offsites, team days, and client events alike.

Where are you, and is parking easy?

5700 W 89th Ave in Westminster, CO, about 15 minutes north of downtown Denver with free on-site parking. An easy meet-in-the-middle spot for teams spread across Denver, Boulder, and the north metro.

How much do corporate events cost?

Mission Control is a $195 room fee plus $99 a guest for 2 hours: $789 for 6, $1,383 for 12, $1,977 for 18, $2,571 for 24, before tax. From 25 guests it becomes a Takeover, half day from $4,450 for 25 guests then $65 per extra guest, full day from $10,900 for 25 then $95 per extra guest. Send the date and team size and a real quote lands within 24 business hours.

Do you host offsites for remote and hybrid teams?

All the time. Westminster is an easy pull for people spread across the Denver metro, free parking, about 15 minutes from downtown. The venue covers the whole day in one place: meet, workshop, play, debrief. Half-day and full-day formats both work.
