Ciders, fall flavors and hot cider
For Halloween, our 12 self-serve taps add ciders and fall flavors to the craft beer and wine, poured by the ounce (21+ with ID). There is also a hot cider station, and you can order in food from our local partners.
Fright Season games to play on Halloween
Halloween is the last day of Fright Season, our Halloween VR lineup. Grid City VR runs the only authorized Zero Latency free-roam arenas in the Denver metro: wireless headsets, real-time full-body tracking, no wires, squads of 2–6. Saturday prices, per player before tax:
- Survive the Night: Haunted, then Undead Arena. About 30 minutes, $49 for both games, 13+.
- Nightmare on the Grid: Grid Rush with a Halloween twist, pick your scare when you arrive. 30 minutes, $42, 13+ recommended.
- Manor of Escape: a spooky but not extreme VR Adventure. 45 minutes, $49, ages 8+.
Book through October 31 and FRIGHT10 takes 10% off Nightmare on the Grid, Outbreak, Outbreak 2, Manor of Escape and Alien Infection. Our book buttons apply it automatically. Not valid on bundles like Survive the Night.
How to RSVP
RSVP free with the Count Me In button on this page so we can plan. An RSVP is not a game booking: for a set arena time on Halloween, book your VR session online ahead.
Where is the Halloween party?
Grid City VR, 5700 W 89th Ave, Westminster, CO 80031, about 15 minutes north of downtown Denver with free parking. It is an easy drive from Broomfield, Arvada, Thornton, Northglenn and Federal Heights, and about 25 minutes from Boulder. Directions are on the visit page.
Is the Halloween party free?
Yes. Entry, the costume contest and the giveaway are free. VR games and drinks are paid as usual.
Is it kid friendly?
Yes, kids are welcome. Manor of Escape is 8+, and regular Grid Rush is our most family-friendly format. Haunted, Undead Arena and the Outbreak games are 13+, and we recommend 13+ for the Halloween games. Under-18s need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver.
Is VR a good haunted house alternative?
It is a different kind of scare: you walk a real arena while the haunted house or zombies close in. No VR experience needed. Our crew walks everyone through it. See what else is on at events.
