Read the full FAQA 25% deposit secures your date and time; the remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event. Your booking is confirmed in writing once the deposit lands.
Cancel 14 or more days out and your deposit is refunded or credited, less any non-refundable expenses already committed. 7 to 13 days out converts to a credit toward a new date; inside 7 days the deposit is forfeited.
Outside food is a no, with one exception: cake is always welcome, and we supply the plates, candles and cutter. Order in from our vendors, Sarpino's Pizzeria and Salady, ideally a week before the event, or grab bar snacks on site.
Most hosts pre-buy drink tickets, one or two per guest, or set a hosted-bar budget, with a cash bar after. Taps are 21+ with valid ID, and anyone can swap a ticket for a canned N/A drink.
Yes, with advance approval. Skip glitter, confetti, open flames, fog machines, and wall-damaging adhesives: anything else, ask and we will make it work. Everything comes down at the end.
