Read the full FAQA 25% deposit secures your date and time; the remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is in and the details are approved.
Cancel 14 or more days out and your deposit is refunded or credited, less any non-refundable expenses already committed. At 7–13 days you get a credit toward a future date. Inside 7 days the deposit is forfeited, and no-shows are non-refundable — confirmed catering, custom items, and special staffing may be too.
Food is pre-ordered through our catering partners — Sarpino’s, Bonchon, and Salady — ideally a week before the event. Outside food needs written approval in advance, and outside alcohol is never allowed; the self-serve tap house has that covered (21+ with ID).
Most hosts pre-buy drink tickets — one or two per guest — or set a hosted-bar budget, with a cash bar after. It keeps service fast and nobody juggles tabs mid-party. All alcohol service is 21+ with valid ID.
Yes, with advance approval. Skip glitter, confetti, open flames, fog machines, and wall-damaging adhesives — anything that could interfere with headsets, sims, or safety. Decorations come down at the end of your event.
Everything happens inside your contracted window — setup, guest arrival, food, play, and wrap-up. Need early access or extra time? Ask in advance; extensions depend on availability.
