Thursday nights on the Grid suit up. Our fan-run Marvel trivia night lands at Grid City VR on Thursday, August 27: three themed rounds over about two and a half hours, music all night, the tap wall pouring, and a free VR session on the line. The RSVP costs nothing, seats are capped, and the winning table walks out with one.
What the three rounds cover
Three rounds across the whole superhero run: the early origin era, the big team-up films, and the streaming shows and comics the die-hards live for. Questions are written in house by our quizmaster and range from easy points for casual fans to deep cuts that separate the table. Bring the friend who explains post-credit scenes to strangers. This is their night.

How trivia night works
- Thursday, August 27, 6–8:30 PM: doors and first question at 6, three rounds, wrapped by about 8:30.
- Fan-run superhero theme. Three rounds across the films, the shows and the comics.
- Bring your crew. Or come solo and join a table. The room sorts itself out fast.
- Self-serve tap wall (21+). Beer, wine, and cider between rounds.
- Music all night. Between rounds and after.
- Winners take a free VR session.
How much does trivia night cost?
Nothing. Playing is free and the RSVP is free. You only pay for what you drink at the self-serve tap wall, and that is entirely optional. See the pricing page if you want to add a VR session before or after.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. Solo players get folded into a table at the door, and it is one of the easier rooms in the Denver metro to walk into alone. Teams are usually four to six people, so there is nearly always a seat going.
Why RSVP instead of just showing up?
Because seats are capped, and a themed Thursday fills them fast. RSVP and two things happen: your table is locked when the room fills, and you are first to hear the next theme. Walk-ins squeeze in only while seats are left.
