Part of the job is energy; part is precision — managing transitions and guest flow, troubleshooting small hiccups before they grow, and resetting play areas so the next group walks into a clean, ready-to-go experience. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the front desk, managers, and lounge team to keep the night running smooth.
Welcome guests with strong energy, then run VR games, racing-sim sessions, and other immersive attractions from start to finish.
Deliver confident pre-game instructions, safety rules, and gameplay briefings that get every group dialed in fast.
Manage transitions, pacing, and guest flow so sessions start and finish on schedule — and the energy never dips.
